Thanks to a new manufacturing process carried out with the two halves of the gearbox assembled, high precision has been achieved in the bearing seats and transmission. This ensures better alignment of the gears, improving fluidity and reducing noise, heat generation and component wear.
A spring washer on the propeller shaft compresses the bearings, eliminating axial play and stabilising the system.
An advanced industrial finishing process has been applied to the gear teeth, improving the precision of the contact points, resulting in a smoother transmission with less heat and noise.
