Where spare parts come from

All parts are genuine spare parts produced by paramotor manufacturers.
So they come from Europe (Italy, Spain, France, Germany...)

What does "Available on backorder" means?

That means we do not have the item in stock but can order it from the manufacturer.
As manufacturers are based in Europe lead times vary between 2 and 5/6 weeks.

What does "Out of production" means?

This means that the part is no longer produced and can therefore no longer be obtained from the manufacturer.

Overall shipment of an order

Orders are shipped all at once as soon as ALL items are in stock.
If you want to receive all in-stock items at once the only way to do this is to place two separate orders. One with the products in stock, the other with those requiring supply.

Adding an item to an order

You've validated an order and you realize that a product is missing.
How can you add it to the original order without having to pay shipping costs again?
All you have to do is place a new order and choose pick-up as the delivery method.

Please note:

1. This is accepted only for small items weighing only a few grams (cylinder-head-exhaust gasket, collar, oil seal, bolt, nut etc.) and not for heavier items (spark plug, piston, coil, etc.).

2. Orders must be added by 9 AM Eastern the next day at the latest as orders are prepared from 10 AM every day (except weekends and public holidays). You can specify in the cart comments "to be added to initial order N° xx" or "in addition to order N° xx"...
