Shipment of your package

Shipping costs include preparation packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment with tracking and drop-off with signature.

We will send you a link by e-mail to track your parcel online.

Shipments are made in the morning, every day from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 9 am Eastern are dispatched the following day.

Your package will be dispatched at your own risk but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are sized appropriately and your items are properly protected.
