The new design for the HF "High Flow" conveyors combines the forced air system with fan with the extraction generated through the action for the propeller and the special design for the air conveyor. This system, in combination with the exclusive Spark Cooler, allows a significant reduction in engine operating temperatures.
Spark Cooler is the innovative spark plug cooling system that allows to concretely lower the operating temperatures for the cylinder head at the point of highest degree of heat and in the combustion chamber and eliminates the phenomena of overheating. The Polini SCS system makes it possible to lower EGT temperatures by up to 100 C° and temperatures under the spark plug by up to 50 C°.
The new profile for the combustion chamber improves the propagation for the flame front and optimises the fuel combustion phase to the maximum. This feature, combined with the increased compression ratio, increases engine performance and reduces fuel consumption.
